But that in turn has earned many angry customers. The reason behind it is, it could not satisfy the needs of the customers. Flipkart announced “Big Billion Day” and created a hype and enthusiasm in the customers. Flipkart offers were very huge that one could find around 90% discounts on some products. There were also 1/- sales that could be seen on its website. It also made around 610+ crores in just 10 hours. But why were the customers angry?

Due to this, many products that had huge discounts were out of stock in just seconds after the sale has begun.
REMOVAL OF PRODUCTS FROM THE CART
Some people had faced this issue. After adding the product to cart & before placing an order, they found that the product was automatically removed from their cart. This was really frustrating to many. And some of them faced an issue, where the price has changed after adding to the cart. These were also the reasons for many customers anger on the Flipkart offers.
LEGAL ACTION FROM SAMSUNG, LG,SONY?
The major mobile companies Samsung, LG, Sony are likely to take a legal action against Flipkart. Flipkart offered some products with a price less than the manufacturing price of the product. But it assured these companies that they would get the full sum in return. But, these companies are afraid that they might loose their brand loyalty by this. So, they seem to take a legal action against Flipkart. They also are likely to suspend new product sales on Flipkart.

HOW TO WIN BACK THE ANGRY CUSTOMERS?
Flipkart is likely to offer coupons and some special offers to the customers who could not place an order after adding the product to the cart. We should see if this strategy of Flipkart works in winning back its customers.
